Deborah Sawyer has been capturing stunning moments for decades in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. Deborah and her staff will work closely with you, telling your own story through their images. Equipped with top of the line cameras, lighting and optional drones, she will comply with the shooting style desired by her clients.
Deborah’s images are edited in her office by a skilled and full time team member. Her packages include ownership of the copyrights of our clients’ Hi Resolution Images and your online images will be in your possession in 48 to 72 hours for Portraits and 1 to 3 weeks for Weddings, ready to download.

Working with 11th Hour for your Wedding Photography
Free Consultation We can be available day or evening to discuss your needs, vision and the photography style you desire for your event
Planning We send you a Photo Checklist for you to fill out so we know before the event day exactly what pictures you desire
Staff We always have more than one photographer (not just an assistant) for your Pre Ceremony, Ceremony and Post Ceremony coverage
All of your Images will be ready and posted quickly, Weddings in 1 to 3 weeks and Portraits in 48 to 72 hours
Our Packages include copyrights of ALL your images, posted High Resolution and ready to download
Your Private Page will be accessible for one year and you may invite family and friends to download your images
We have 5 Coverage options available to fit your needs and budget
Editing Your images will be edited in house with color correcting, taking people out of the background, (example the beach) and eye opening if needed on an important grouping
Additional Editing may be requested and in most cases there is no or a small charge

Wedding Photography

Deborah will work closely with you, telling your story through her images. Equipped with top of the line cameras and lighting, she will comply with the shooting style desired by her clients. Option One: $1000
- 1 hour covering ceremony and post ceremony in one location including all images, high resolution, with copyrights
Option Two: $1500
- 2 hours covering ceremony and post ceremony in one location including all images, high resolution, with copyrights
Option Three: $2000
- 4 hours covering ceremony and reception with 2 photographers including all images, high resolution, with copyrights
Option Four: $2500
- 6 hours covering pre ceremony, ceremony and reception with 2 photographers including all images, high resolution, with copyrights
Option Five: $3000
- 8 hours covering pre ceremony, ceremony and reception with 2 photographers including all images, high resolution, with copyrights

Drone Photography: $500
- Includes video clips set to music of bride and groom special moments, post ceremony
Printing and Editing:

Engagement Photography
Engagement portrait sittings allow a couple to collect images for “Save the Date” cards, for Reception Photo Albums, Guest-signing Books, or to add to Reception Decor. Most importantly, an Engagement Portrait Session gives the Bride and Groom a chance to work with the photographer before the wedding day. As Wedding Photographers, it allows us to spend time with the couple learning to be at ease in front of the camera in the style of shooting they prefer. It is a great rehearsal for the wedding day. An engagement sitting can be a very important part of the whole wedding process.

One Location: $400 plus tax

Portrait Photography

Sittings include portraits and candid images of the entire family, each individual family unit, just the children of each unit, just the parents, grandparents with the grandchildren, and other requested groupings within the time reserved. All Family Portrait Sittings include a FREE 11×14 Print of Choice, shipped to your home.
Our packages include All High Resolution Images with Copyrights, to make your own Prints OR order thru the Custom Lab we use, posted on your own page within a few days.

Working with 11th Hour for your Wedding Planning
Free Consultation We can be available day or evening to discuss your needs and vision for your event.
Planning We can manage your planning process in the beginning stages or after the venue selection has been completed.
Venue tours After your free consultation, we can set up tours of venues or event homes that are best suited for your needs and budget.
Tastings When the venue is under contract, we can set up tasting with our favorite caterers and bakers.
Organizing the Day Of Our Certified Planners create detailed Timelines and perform Day of Direction from start to finish.
Rehearsal Our planning packages include an hour long ceremony rehearsal, one or two days prior to your day.
11th Hour Weddings and Events can plan any size event. We can create a Micro Wedding with the Ceremony Only or add a Small Dinner Reception.
Venue Packages can be at one of our own locations or your choice of others.
Event Home Packages can be in the Outer Banks of NC or Sandbridge Beach VA.
11th Hour Weddings and Events own equipment from arches, to farm tables, to linens to decor and lighting. Our Wedding Planners are Certified, and our Photographers and Florist have been in business for decades. Our Musicians and DJs are outstanding! The Caterers and Bakers we work with are talented and tasty at the best price point in the area. We feature Cafe String Lighting and give you two nights for the price of one. All of our Rentals and Decor are set up and taken down with staff onsite to tie it all together.
Even if you have already reserved a venue or event home and/or hired vendors, we can fill in the missing parts. Our staff can construct your wedding the day of, and direct your event from start to finish.
If you choose to start with one of our Packages, the Planning / Directing is included.
